Alvin and the Chipmunks
By cukal6 onThis movie is so cute!!!!I remember watching Alvin and the Chipmunks cartoon when I was younger, so I couldn't wait for my kids to see this movie.My mom actually took them to the theater and it was the first movie my 3 year old sat through entirely.
When it came out on DVD, I had to purchase it and it was so worth the money.The chipmunks wind up in the city when their tree is cut down to make a christmas tree for the lobby of a record label.That's where they end up with Dave.When he realized they can talk and sing, he writes that oh so famous Christmas song and they become huge sensations overnight.Before you know it, they're getting ready to go on a world tour.Of course there's some drama in the movie, but I don't want to give it away!
There is a little bit of adult humor in this film, but it was over my kids heads (3 and 6).It was written so well that it's really a great movie for any age.I just let my good friend borrow it for a date night.If you haven't seen it, I would recommend that you go out and rent it as soon as you get the chance!
My 3 year old has seen the commercial for this and wants to see it, thanks for sharing, I will have to get the DVD.
This was an awesome movie! We watched it like...12 times. I love it when they lose thier voices, and are asked to lip sinc! :)
This is a really cute movie. We have watched it and my daughter has purchased the movie for her step sons and Jordan. We all love this movie.
