This is the Seventh Season of the reality show where approximatly fifteen teams race around the world to different checkpoints and try to avoid being the last to arrive at the checkpoint, or they would possibly face elimination from the Race. Along the paths are other challenges that either one or both of the team memeber would participate in, and as the teams get further you start to realize their individual and group strengths and weaknesses. In this season, Rob and Amber of Survivor fame show up, as they'll appear in any reality show that will let them. Some didn't like the stratigies they used, but I had no problems with it. This was one of the first reality shows that I'd watched, and I actually enjoyed it, then realized that not all reality tv was garbage. One of the things that I enjoy most about the Amazing Race is seeing the different countries that the teams travel to, and the other thing I enjoy about the show is the different challanges the show creators come up with. The special features on the DVD are pretty good as well, including extra footage of the teams when they are lost in different countries, and extened "Mat Chat," which is when the teams get to the checkpoint for that leg of the race.
