My daughter just recently got a Bitty Baby doll. At first I was very leary of spending so much money on a baby doll but as soon as it came in the mail I realized it was well worth the money. The doll was packaged beautifully and after removing her from the packaging I admired how well the doll was constructed. It is such a beautiful well crafted doll. My daughter absolutely loves this doll. She plays with her non-stop and takes her everywhere. We bought a few accessories from American Girl but one downside is that the accessories and clothing can get pretty expensive. The clothing is wonderfully constructed and packaged so you do feel a little bit better about spending the money. I would def. say that this doll will be played with often and for a long time and when my daughter gets older we will probably add to her American Girl doll collection.
