My husband loves caramel's with a passion, almost as much as Butterfingers. Our favorite brand is by Kraft and around Halloween they are really easy to find in the larger bags. The 14 ounce bags you can purchase for about $2.00.

You can eat the candies straight from the bag or you can cook with them, or one of my favorite things to do is to make caramel apples. The 14 ounce bags come with the sticks to make caramel apples with. Another good things to do is make a fruit dip, just microwave the caramels with half and half and you get a really creamy and delicious dip for fruits that is out of this world! There is a multitude of recipes you can try with them.

A great thing about these is they have 0 grams of trans fats, and only 2 grams of saturated fats. You can eat 10 caramels and you will get around 160 calories. Not bad for something that is so delicious and fulfilling.
