Ampad Pastel Paper Assortment Acid Free Economy By Joan Young on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
The Pastels paper pack by Ampad has 210, 20 pound, letter size sheets in five colors. For inexpensive archival quality paper this is a great deal!
This paper is cheap enough that you can use it for any sort of flyers, colored paperwork, or crafts you want to create. You can even afford to let the kids have colored paper sometimes! But if you like any of the colors for scrapbooking or other permanent uses it is acid free. It's hard to beat the price of just over 1.5 cents a sheet! There are 42 sheets of each color in the pack: yellow, green, blue, pink, and ecru.
My only real complaint is that for a pack labeled Pastels the pink is really bright, and the blue is deeper than what I would call a true pastel. That said, you can see exactly what you are getting through the clear wrapper, and if you don't like the colors, don't buy it.
It is compatible with both ink jet and laser printers. It has a decent finish and takes pencil, ink, and marker lines well.
The plastic wrapper is too light weight to store the unused paper. You will need a different bag, box, or other container if you are not going to use the whole pack right away.
I do wish you could get entire packs of a single color.

Wow, great deal. I can use this for my scrapbooking!
Great price and I would even give these too my little daughter to color on!
That's a good price for paper. I'll have to remember this brand when I'm at Walmart!
Great price. I think it's fun to use colored paper for everyday use sometimes.
