An anti-oxidant formula

Vitamin World High Potency Super Antioxidant Formula is a combination of vitamins that are supposed to have anti-oxidant capacity, such as Vitamin A, C, E, and some Selenium.The composition is actually not much but it is pretty good. Alright, I have to be honest, I couldn't exactly "feel" the effects on my body, after finishing the entire bottle of 200 soft gels, but well, it just felt good that I was taking anti-oxidants in a world full of pollution.

Although the packaging comes in softgel, each one is sooo big actually, that well, I had difficulty swallowing it. I wonder how a very few ingredients could take up such a big volume (area).

Anyway, I just tried one bottle and did not really buy another one. But I think it was pretty good. But since it is an imported brand for us in Asia, (ut is made in the US, then it is quite expensive for us.
