An Average Soak By RachelReviews on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Someone gave me this as a surprise gift which made me feel so delighted. It made today an even more happy Tuesday and I knew that instead of my daily shower, I would be taking a bath.

This came in a solid glass bottle with a label with gold, pretty metallic writing on it. The net wt. of this is 5.64 oz (160 g).

The salts had a strong vanilla fragrance in the container. I shook about 1/4 - 1/5 of the bottle into my bathtub. The salt felt invigorating on my body, as it fell into the water. I didn't think the salts made the water smell super vanilla-y, like I would have liked.

I might have had to pour the whole bottle in there which I didn't want to do. I didn't want to waste it. Besides, the amount I poured in was generous, as is.

The ingredients seem standard for bath salts: Sodium chloride (Salt), fragrance and colorants. It softened the water a bit and made my skin feel a little softer.

There is a major thing that I don't like about the packaging. There is a wooden stopper cap on the top of the bottle. This doesn't stay on well at all. I feel like that should actually fit snugly, not be all loose. It's almost like it's just there for show.
