I began shopping Yves Rocher, when my boys were very small, and I wanted something pure and natural to bathe them and shampoo their hair, without chemicals. Everything at Yves Rocher is plant based and very pure. So when itr came time for me to buy more perfume, I began reading about the Rocher method of "capturing" fragrances from flowers, without harming them. This of course really pleased me, yet made me wonder if the fragrances would have any time of lingering scent at all.
I chose, based on the description of its floral composition, Desir de Nature. Described as a green floral, its top note is Lily of the Valley, and just beneath, mandarin, crushed mint and daphne. Its base or bottom is cedar. Somehow these varied scents combine to make a hauntingly lovely floral. It is a lingering scent that does not overpower the wearer, but softly enfolds you in its green embrace.
It is one of my all time favorites. And at $27.95 for 2 FL oz surprisingly affordable. You can also buy the scented lotion ($14.00) and bath gel ($12.00) in the Desir De Natur scent. If you want high quality scents and eco friendly products give Yves Rocher a try.
