And They're Off !!

G'day all. At the moment, downunder we are in the midst of spring. In Australia during the spring there is the most wonderful tradition known as Carnival Season. If you are a horse racing fan you know what I am on about, but if not then this would be a great time to experience it. It starts early October and finishes up with the finale race The Melbourne Cup. The whole city shuts down, it is a public holiday and the kids get a day off school. There is a real party atmosphere through out the entire city which include everything from fashion shows to children races. So no matter what age you are this city has a way for you to celebrate the age old tradition ofhorse racing in Australia.
