I live a very stressful life and can get stressed out very easily. Because of that, I like to take supplements/vitamins that will keep me energized and not feeling run down. I also have high cholesteral and take Crestor which is a statin drug used for cholesterol. I read all the time that statin drugs deplete your body of CoEnzyme Q-10 which we need for energy. With that in mind, I ordered Andrew Lessman's CoEnzyme Q-10 with TruQ10. This supplement has really worked to keep my energy level up and help me to feel my best. I take one every morning after breakfast before I leave for work and it gives me the energy I need to last the long nine hour work day that I have.
