Another Great Hemmingway Book By Chenault on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

In the last year or so I have developed a serious love and addiction to the work of the late Ernest Hemmingway. I read anything Hemmingway I can get my hands on.

Earlier this week I had a little accident and I wasn't feeling so great, so in an effort to cheer me up my darling boyfriend stopped by our local library and picked up The Torrents of Spring for me to read. THis is a great short story that I greatly enjoyed.

The Torrents Of Spring is about 90 pages in lenght, and it is a quick and enjoyable read. I could see how some people might not enjoy the book as much as I did, but if you like Hemmingway, you will appreciate this book for its uniqueness. It is a simple story, and what I most love about it is Hemmingway's ability to paint the reader a picture with his words and descriptions.

I would consider this an essential peice for any Hemmingway fan to read, and I hope that if you do pick it up, you will enjoy it as much as I did. I hate to give out plot points, for the simple fact that I wouldn't want to ruin the story for any potential reader!
