This was acutally the first basketball game I have purchased in years. I know NBA 2K has the reputation of being the best basketball game franchise on the market. When it came down to buying an NBA basketball game I knew which one I was gonna buy, NBA 2K9.

I've been playing this game for a while now and it never ceases to amaze me. The players look like they do in real life. The graphics are are detailed even down to the trickling of sweat on the players faces.

This game looks so good on an HDTV. I like getting a group of friends over so we can play against eachother and when they aren't around I can connect to Xbox Live and play someone else half way across the world!
