AOC 17 LCD Monitor with Pivot

We bought this AOC 17" LCD monitor in 2006 for our new computer, I had never heard of this particular brand before,and this was the first time I was purchasing a LCD monitor, so I took the judgement of the gentlemen from Circuit City, and I'm glad I did, this monitor is great, it has a crystal clear picture, it's height adjustable, it can tilt forward and back and has this great pivot feature which allows for portrait or landscape mode by just turning the screen one way or the other, the software for all of this was included.
All the buttons and setting are on the right side of monitor therefore no problems with hitting them accidently. It took less than 5 minutes to connect this to my computer, and with the menu and settingbeing right on the side of the monitor very easy to navigate,I was able to have the whole thing up and running within a few minutes.
We have hadthis monitor for about 2 yrs now and have not run into any problem what so ever with it, and for being a brand I'm not familar with I'm very impressed, and I have really enjoyed the ease of use and thegreat picture quality it has given me.
This looks fantastic! Love the tilt capabilities. So streamline. I wonder if the price has come down any since you purchased? I'll have to check on this. Thanks.

Sounds like this is a wonderful moniter for you. I find having one that tilts and adjusts to be the best kind.
I've never heard of this brand either. But it sounds like a great monitor. Ours is a ViewSonic. Don't you just love the new skinny monitors?

I like the sound of the portrait/landscape orientation of the monitor, would be very handy for viewing portrait reports, etc. Sounds like a great monitor!
