Enjoy minigames? A fan of Ape Escape? Then Ape Escape: Pumped and Primed is the game for you.

Spike, Natalie, the Professor, and friends have returned. This time, they're in a stange virtual world, entering a bunch of contests against Specter and his monkeys. Who will emerge the victor?

This game isn't your standard minigame collection. At many times, you'll feel like you're playing one of the platforming Ape Escape games. All of the minigames utilize controls from the regular games, whether it be the last one standing in a slingshot fight, rowing from one end of a lake to the other, or collecting the most coins with the sky flyer. Fans of the platformers will easiliy be able to pick up the game and play it.

The place the game fails at, unfortunately, is variety. Sure, you have several minigames, but you just don't have enough. After the first round is over, you'll find yourself playing the same games all over again on a harder setting. Wash, rinse, repeat.

However, considering how cheap the game is nowadays, I find it definitely worth picking up. Fans of the platforming game will feel right at home, and battling against friends and family is sure to be a blast.
