I receieved my I-pod a few monthes back and overall I love it. Of course, it being Technology there are going to be some bad kinks like speed. Like you probably know with the click scroller the I-pod has a very late delay and takes a while for it to catch up to your request. Now the I-touch, is another story, due to it not having a click wheel it works very well! Another flaw with my I-pod was the stupid headphones. I have one pair of headphone I recently bought for around 60 dollars. Every other pair, including Apple's brand. One of the ears ALWAYS goes out and you can't hear from it even more. It's not because I listen to my music too loud or anything. Its just Head phones.

to summarize it. I love my I-pod. I thnk Apple presents some of the best technology around.
