Apple I Pod Av Cable By James Ritchie on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
The iPod AV cable is one of many accessories geared towards the iPod power-user market, and allows one to expand the video and music functionality beyond the miniscule display of the aforementioned media player. Use of the cable is simple - one end into the headphone jack of the iPod, the other into the relevant AV connectors of your television set. One must also select "TV Out" when before playing the appropriate media. The image and sound quality is fine, and is only truncated by the quality of the video the iPod supports and the type of TV in use. This item is great for watching films, podcasts, music videos and more from the comfort of your lounge, however is not quite a replacement for a DVD-player due to the limitations of the iPod.

Wow I had no idea you could plug your IPOD into your TV and watch the videos that you have on there. That is very cool!! :o) Thanks for giving us the heads up, although I'm surprised the cost is $25. That seems a little much for just a cable.
AV cable can make or break the quality of your audio as well as video. At times, it is really worth to put money into them.
