Apple I Pod Nano First Generation By Melanie Hernandez on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I purchased my iPod Nano, first generation, in December 2005 from the Apple store. Yes, I still have it to this very day, and I am VERY happy with it. Despite the fact my iPod has gotten wet, fallen down the stairs, been dropped on concrete floor, and that it has been left in the hot trunk of a car for about a week, my iPod works just as well as it did 2 years ago, beleive it or not. I love my iPod to death simply because everything about it makes me happy. Yeah, I know, the cool little tiny iPod Nanos, 3rd generations just came out, but last weekend, I went into the Apple store and played around with one for a while, and everything on the programming and what shows up on the screen is exactly the same as what shows up on mine, except the fact it has videos too, but yeah. Of course some day I'll get the newest, most latest and coolest iPod, but that day will be the day that my iPod breaks, which will be in about 5 years. =]
