The Ipod Touch is a significant leap from its predecessors in the Ipod lineup. This new iteration of the wildly popular MP3 player boasts a touch screen interface and an extremely large display. As well, the album display features of the interface are simply stunning. For predominantly MP3 users of the device, there are some large drawbacks however. The screen for one makes the unit someone cumbersome to carry. As well, due to the flash-based memory of the device, only 16GB is available, as opposed to 80 or 160 of the Ipod Classic. However, for video users of the device, there are few if any rivals in the current market as the Ipod touch allows for incredibly high quality playback of various video formats. With itunes tied in neatly to facilitate downloading, MP3s, tv shows and movies are only clicks away. Overall, a great buy!
