I have been using this product for a little over a year. It was definately worth it i will continue to use this product and definately reccomend it for everyone. The ease of use is great, and i love downloading music on the go from itunes. The accelorometer allows for an amazing gaming experience. The screen is crystal clear. However if you are a person who drops things a lot do not buy. if you drop this product face down onto a hard surface it will most likely break. 16 gygabytes is the medium amount of memory and is very good for people who have a decent amount of music and still want memory for example i have 600 songs two movies and one or two tv shows but still have a few gigabytes for apps. I currently have about four screens of apps and still have three point five gygabites left. The customer service offered by apple is also very great, they have very good technical assistance. Every single ipod touch comes with a one year warranty, which includes prodoct replacement. I reccomend buying a screen protector and a case for this product. Ireccomend belkin for cases, and the invisible shield by zagg as a screen protector.
