This water filter has saved me a lot of money in water. The AquaSystem filter is a basic unit that removes chlorine, particles, metals and chemicals from water. When I first move to our home I went to the store for water almost every week. The water where I live is so heavy I can only use this water to wash the car. I feel safer by knowing that we are preparing the food without water residues that can harm our health. Because the water is heavier where I live I change the filter every 3 month to have a good functional filter every time. The two stage filter price is only 6 bucks, that compared to the number of gallons of water that I purchased every week is a great and huge saving. Overall this water filter is a great deal and saves hundreds of dollars every year. I simply know of what this water filter is made of, and other similar countertop filters are sold for hundreds of dollars, and it has the same filter inside. I was a sales representative for a water filtration company and I sold a similar unit with a simple one stage carbon filter for $249.99, I just feel guilty about that.

Sounds like a great filter. I like that the replacements are only 6.00. The one in our fridge costs over 20.
Good buy there for such a good filter, replacement parts are cheap too.

I'm not familiar with this brand, but it sounds good.
It's getting harder and harder to trust the water that comes out of our taps, but it's so difficult to go to the store and not only pay outrageous prices for bottled water but then to have to haul those heavy containers of water home. This is a great price and the replacements aren't too expensive either (especially if you're only changing them every few months!).
I like these filters and they give a great sense of security knowing your drinking water is safe.
