Arbonne Bio-Nutria Herbal Colon Cleanse

You start by taking one pill, in the evening before bed, and work your way up daily until you are taking three pills per evening. In the morning, and throughout the day, you should feel a natural urge to use the bathroom, but your bowel movements are normal and should never be "IMMEDIATE EMERGENCIES." If they are, reduce the number of pills you're taking back down to two or one, as appropriate.
