Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader- board game

This game has lots of potential, but it has some flaws as well. The game pieces are made from cardboard and will not last through years of wear. Each round requires all players to write down their answers on a paper pad, which will need to be replaced after not too many rounds. The instructions for play are not very straight forward, as it required two adults to read through them and then make decisions as to what they meant. (The game would not be very easy to play for a group of 8 year olds as the age recommendation suggets.) The actual questions in play in the game are not too complicated, and most players will be happy to know they are smarter than a 5th grader and can prove it with about a half hours worth of play. (Although, you do need to know your fairy tale characters for the questions in the lower grades.)
