The worst thing about having two pets is that they can leave my carpets smelling like dogs and leave lots of dog hair all around. I went shopping for a product that would help take these odors out of my carpet and would help release the pet hair in the carpets also. This Arm and hammer product is what I found and I have been pretty happy with it. The hair release action in it takes away the static energy in the carpet so the next time I do vacuum it will release the dog hair. I think it does help me vacuum up the hair much better and it does help my carpets smell better. It has baking soda in the spray as to help eliminate the odor. It doe say vacuum free but I always do vacuum it up about a half hour after I spray it. It is also pret friendly and will not harm pets or kids.
