Armor All Cleaning Wipes By PDCD on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Armor All Cleaning Wipes should not be confused with many of Armor All's products that are designed to protect the various surfaces in your car. These wipes are intended to be used only to remove dust and dirt from car surfaces.
Similar in nature to various wet napkin or baby wipes type of products, the Armor All Cleaning Wipes come in a canister that holds either 25 or 50 wipes, and they are dispensed one at a time. Each wipe is moist and briefly leaves a soapy residue on surfaces it's applied to. There's no drying necessary after using the wipe, and the residue just dries up without leaving any marks behind.
This product is great for cleaning off all the dust that accumulates in the car, as well as areas that get a little more messy like cup holders or the area around the ashtray. The 25 count container is small enough that it can be easily stored in the glove box, under a seat, or in the trunk. Though, don't place it around other objects that will put pressure on the container, because the lid is not very tightly secured, and if left open all the wipes will be dried out.
Using one of these every month or so keeps the interior of my car looking nice, and it's also a great product to use immediately prior to using a surface protection product, because they all require the area to be clean.

I've found the Armor All cleaning wipes to be much like many others on the market however a little more expensive. I would recommend using a normal grocery store wipe to save money. The wipes do clean well and are invaluable to keep in the car for spills as well as precleaning prior to applying a surface protection such as a sealent or coating.
