Aromarant Makes My Armpits Happy By joojifish on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I'm choosy about my deodorants. I won't use anti-perspirants because I believe the body should be allowed to sweat, which essentially relegates me to less mainstream, more 'natural' products. Aromarant is perhaps the most effective deodorant I've used, though I still wouldn't classify it as very strong. I don't have major body odor issues but still like to reapply late in the day, before going out in the evening or playing a soccer night game. Aromarant comes in solid form, and you rub the product directly on your armpits. I would recommend wetting the Aromarant with a dab of water before applying, because it isn't very soft, and the moisture helps it 'glide on' a little better. The scent is that of baking soda with a slight hint of lemon, effective at combating bad odors without interfering with other fragrances. Another plus: the lack of plastic packaging makes Aromarant an earth-friendly hygiene product.
