Aromatherapeutic Lavender
By Beth Benson onAbout three years ago I was suffering from insomnia. No matter what I did, I just couldn't sleep at night. I refused to take medication to force me to sleep so I started trying herbal remedies. One day my friend introduced me to Aromatherapeutic Lavender Comforting Room Spray from Kiss My Face. At $9 for an 8oz bottle, I was a little reluctant to try it. So my friend bought it for me and told me that if I didn't like it, she would gladly take it off of my hands. So when I got the bottle, which is plastic with a convenient pump spray, I sprayed my bedroom lightly as well as my pillows.
The lavender smell is overpowering at first, but within a few seconds it blends with the room and creates a soft and warm environment. It literally felt like I was lying down in a bed of flowers. Within about fifteen minutes I was sound asleep.
This room spray is amazing and long lasting. Only two sprays per room or one spray per pillow and you are soon to be on your way into a comforting atmosphere. Even if your not looking to lay down and sleep, spray this room spray in any room of the house for a comforting and laid back aroma.
There is no strange ingredient used with this product, simply pure alcohol which is used as a germ killer, as well as Lavender Essential Oil.
I highly recommend this product.

I dunno... i got the lavender candles and they didn't do jack. I might try it!
I love lavender!! I might have to check out this room spray!
I hate how tired I am the next day after taking a sleeping pill. There are times though when I just can't fall asleep and give in to taking one. I might have to look into this, though, it sounds much safer, thanks for the info.
I need to try this product. I have similar one from Bath and Body Works, but I would like to try the Kiss My Face version.
I had heard lavender is good for making someone relax.
Lavender is a traditional remedy for insomnia. I think it would work well as a relaxing room fragrance too.
I should try this. I have trouble sleeping.
