Everyone hits that point where they decide they need new bedding, whether it be because you moved, broke up with someone or are just bored with that plain block color that has been starring you in the face every night.. at some point, we all crave something new and different.
The challenge for those who aren't happy with block colors and boring patterns, how do we make our bed match our special style? Usually rooms are filled with personal photographs, art, lively colored walls and furniture you picked out yourself.. everything reflects you. Shouldn't your bedding do this also? If you're like me, you're answer is HELL YEA (possibly a tad less enthusiastic.. )
In a recent hunt I came upon one company who is making the effort to let customization into the bedding industry, and although there are limits to their designs they have some pretty nifty options!!
You pick your 1.) Fabric 2.) Design 3.) Background and detail colors 4.) Size
A little less high tech, but also very cool is Vision Bedding which allows you to put your own photos onto duvet covers as well as search from a large number of photographic/themed designs already available. So if you feel that you want something interesting that is already out there, this a darn good place to look!
Now I wonder, how will I ever choose just one?
