Artemis Fowl: The Eternity Code, By Eoin Colfer By Apples on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Artemis Fowl: The Eternity Code is the third book in the Artemis Fowl series, written by Eoin Colfer. This book is probably my least favorite in the series. I just thought it didn't have enough action, and too much complicated technology. As I read it, I thought the plot was dragging on and on, full of the author's crazy fairy technology and equipment. When Artemis wants to commit one last evil deed, it ends up fatally hurting his butler, Butler. Butler was like a second father to him, so Artemis does everything he can to save him. He freezes his body and finds a way to heal him. After successfully doing so, he realizes that the piece of technology he was blackmailing a businessman with was stolen, so could reveal the entire fairy species living underground. Holly Short and him unite once again to try to retrieve the C Cube. To me, I thought this book was really boring, but to all of you technology people out there, see how it is!
