I want to do a review on socks, because they deserve it. I have been using these now for a few years, and they just do not wear out. I have used them inside boots, working many hours a day, they have been subjected to sweat, abrasion, and my gnarled old toe nail, and they simply are INDESTRUCTABLE!These are made by a Company called M J Hall, who have been on the go since 1882 apparently. They are in a size 6 to eleven, or EURO 39 to 46. They are made from 85% Polyamide, and 15% Wool. This is a good combination, as it gives durability, and also insulation. The colour of mine is black, but I suspect they are made in different colours. Mine were issued, so I have no idea of the price. The washing instructions are simple enough, wash at 40 degrees (Hand hot) and do not iron, but then who irons socks anyway?These socks are about 24 inches in length, before stretching. They will keep your feet and also your lower legs warm, and also supported. They have a one year guarantee, and this is UNCONDITIONAL, although I am sure nobody has ever needed to ask for replacements.I can recommend them to all.
