Tonight I noticed that my boyfriend smelled different,( and good) so I asked him what he was wearing. He said "Just aftershave." He normally uses an aftershave gel by Gillette and he decided to try something different to mix things up. He bought Aspen, which is a liquid aftershave for men.

The bottle is small, about 2 fluid ounces and he paid three dollars for it. It smells very manly. It is pleasant and masculine. I like it.

I asked him what he thinks of it, and this is what I learned:

It is not as easy to apply as a gel version, such as his standard by Gillette. He also said it is not as soothing. However, we both like the fragrance. Aspen aftershave is also decently priced and widely available. If you are looking for something different in the aftershave department, you might try out Aspen. I can't really give a lot of input asides from the fragrance but if that is a selling point for you, I really like the scent of Aspen aftershave, and the small bottles are nice for travel.
