Reviewing: Ubisoft Assassins Creed

Jerusalem, 1191 AD.

The Third Crusade is tearing the Holy Land apart. You are an elite Assassin sent to stop the hostilities by suppressing the powers on both the Crusader and Saracen sides. But as you carry out your missions, a conspiracy begins to unfold. You find yourself tangled up in a conflict that threatens not only the Holy Land, but the entire world.

" Nothing is true, everything is permitted "

Pros: Good graphics, ok gameplay for a bit, ingenius weaponry. The storyline of the game, as well as the realistic look of the game. It's also quite a challenging game, which keeps you trying. The cities have a great solidity and real life feel to them.

Cons: Repetitive gameplay, stupid story, gay interface, stupid way to enter the game, horrible loadup times, unable to skip cutscenes.

Overall: This game had kept me waiting for around a year and half but when it finally came it was about as fun as throwing up in your best mates mouth then having him spit it back dow your throat, a terrible game that had the potencial to be so much more than it actually was, but unfortunately it didnt live up ot the hype and it died quck than a moth on fire. 2nd ones coming out though so maybe they'll learn from past mistakes and improve on them. I like Assassin's Creed, mainly because it really stands out. I have seen very little assassin based video games around. The video game brings out a realistic appearance of what the Holy Land during the Third Crusade would look like. And the ending leaves you guessing what is next. It is a game worth playing!
