I have asthma. I have been lucky enough to only have to be on the lowest dose of inhalers. I was using the blue one with the steroids. However they have come out with a non steroid brand. I like the new one because for some reason I only need it two times a day. Whereas the one with the steroids I was using way to much almost 6 times a day. You would think that the one with the steroids would work better. But for some reason it did not. So if you have asthma and on one the blue inhaler with steroids, you might want to talk to your doctor about the non steroid inhalers. I would assume they are much better for you any ways. The only think I don't like about the non steroid inhaler is that you need to rinse the sprayer because it gets clogged. But be sure to spray in the air the first spray after cleaning it or you get a horrible spray from it after the cleaning.
