Atomic Clock By janetlynn on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

We got this Atomic Clock as a gift last year. We love the large digital display and the temperature reading feature. This clock keeps time very well and the temperature gives a reading of the room it's in, not an outside temperature. Ours is in the Master Bathroom. The "Atomic" little satellite image in the picture is suppose to be in constant feed mode.

This clock features are:

Second timer/counter

Day of the week

Date

Temperature

Atomic satellite feed

The things I don't like about this clock is that there is no back light, so if I go into a dark bathroom, I can't see the time.

Also, the Atomic feature it has never seems to work. We have the clock set on Daylight savings time and it is suppose to update on its own, but it never has. We always figure we'll wait and let it catch up but this should be automatic and we always have to manually change the time. Even when we press the atomic button on the back to search for the feed, it doesn't do anything. It just searches and searches.

But overall, the appearance, style, color and other features are great. I do not think I'd buy another Atomic clock unless I knew for sure that it could actually send the feeds out to update like it's suppose to.

The clock is 6.25 inches x 11 inches.

Update Posted on :

Our clock runs great but I am sure with the time change this weekend, we'll have to manually fix it once again.
