ATT Cellular Phone Plans

I have had many cellular phone plans. I am now currently with AT&T. I have a plan with unlimited text messaging (no pictures, or anything like that because that is an extra charge of $10 dollars) and 950 minutes a month. From my experience, their phones are sometimes really nice but they break extremely easily. Also when you have a problem with their phone, phone bill or any questions they tell you to call customer service on the telephone. There, they transfer you from person to person who speak very little broken english. Also, their so called "insurance"is not worth it. Even paying for the insurance month to month, you must pay 50$ to get a phone from them that is already used. Also, once you cancel your insurance you cannot put insurance on your plan anymore even if you phone is not broken at the time. Furthermore, i pay 90.84$ a month for my simple phone plan. I have nothing extra besides the basic minutes and text messaging. I have had numerous problems with this company. I would not reccomend AT&T to anyone that i know. Besides the expensive phone plan, the customer service that comes with this company is extremely rude and takes alot of time to have any of you issues dealt with.
