We desperately needed a new cordless phone and money was a little tight so we decided on buying one of the cheaper ones and upgrading later. It has now been over a year and we still love the phone. The phone is black and silver and the base of the phone also has a answering machine. It has a screen on the front of the phone that shows you the date and time. If you have caller ID through your phone company the screen shows you who called and also if you are on the phone it will show you who is calling in. It also has a button you can press to locate the phone which I use a lot because I am always losing my phone. I am horrible with putting the phone on the base so it can charge. I can go up to 2 days before it dies and it charges very fast. When it starts to go dead it will show you on the screen low battery and right before it dies it beeps a few times. The range is fantastic I can go outside on my patio or walk to the mail box and the phone works perfect.
