We originally had Cingular Wireless and I was a little weary of AT&T taking over but it has been a great transition for us. I always have to laugh though when I hear commercials for this company saying they are raising the bar and have the best network, I live in a VERY populated area and experience dropped calls on a daily basis, always in the same locations, it was that way when it was Cingular and now is that way with AT&T. My absolute favorite thing about this carrier is the rollover minutes, this has meant a great deal to us and saved us quite a bit on certain bills, especially at times of travel. I love how long distance is covered on the plan and for a very small amount I was able to add unlimited text messaging to our family plan. They have great phones and offer free upgrades regularly which is nice. We've had excellent customer service both at their stores and on the phone. Overall I would recommend this company for a cell phone provider.
