The Nordic Trac AudioStrider800 Elliptical has been a great work out for me. This piece of equipment will make you sweat. It comes with some great features. It has 3 different stride lengths to choose from. What I've been doing, is after so long on one setting, I will change it to a different one until all three have been used. Doing this will help tone different areas of your body. It also features a heartrate monitor, a fan, counts your burned calories, and even has a place for your own personal trainer. All you do is plug in your IFIT card, and your "trainer" will show you what you should be doing. I personally like that it has it's own speakers for you to plug your MP3 player into. When you are finished, it simplys fold up so it won't take up alot of extra space. Personally, I highly recommend this elliptical. Don't waste your money on the cheaper ones.
