I brought the Vanilla variety, which tends to be a little bit more tasty than the chocolate bucket. I brought this product in hope for building my young muscles, and so far it seems to be doing so. After a hardwork out, this product seems to be doing the most to improve my muscle tones and fibre size, which is always a plus. The box is fairly expensive for what you get, it makes you want to conserve it a little in attempt to conserve money, however this will draw you back and hold back on the correct number of glasses you should be drinking each day. This will lead to slower muscle growth etc. The Perfect Protein does tend to get chunky when you leave it in the box for too long, which tends to be fairly disgusting when drinking it down, and does make me feel really sick afterwards. However this is the best tasking protein shake mix I've had in my life, which makes the money seem all worth it - even when I drink it with water! It does however take time to build muscles when using this variety, but I guess thats what happens with all types of protein mix.
