Automatic can opener

I would have to say that I was very dissapointed in the hands free auto can opener from sharper image.For some reason I thought that it would be nice to allow a device to open your can for you while you do something else.I found that it took some time to hook up to the can so that it would actually start working.For twenty five dollars it really does not seem like it is worth it.I was able to get it on sell for about ten dollars which in my opinion was a lot more reasonable.The other down side is that you have to replace the batteries pretty often.It is supposed to be able to open about one hundred cans before you have to change the batteries, but I found this not to be the case.It could have been the batteries I purchased, but I would never pay more than fifteen dollars for this item.
