Aveda Sap Moss Shampoo And Conditioner By reann on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

For those people with either long hair or wanting to put something healthy on their hair, Aveda is a way to go if you are able to splurge for the price of their products. My hair is over two feet long and I want to take lots of care of it. The shampoo is acting like a conditioner/moisturizer together. A dime size dallop is what is needed. I have to sprinkle a little more water on my head to spread the shampoo out and let it set on my head for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. The texture of the shampoo is much more thick than typical shampoo and the conditioner is a de-tangling conditioner with a more watery texture than the shampoo. The smell of both is earthy and dirt. It smells like you are in a forest sleeping against a tree with the sun beaming through the branches. I often catch myself smelling my own hair through out the day.

I opted to buy the litre bottles because even though the price seems more expensive, it is fully worth it in the end. I have been using the same bottles for a year and only half way used. Deliciously smooth hair is why I love using it so much. I will be hooked for many, many more years.
