I have tried many Aveda products and there are a handful that I use everyday. The Scalp Benefits Shampoo and Conditioner are the two that I use daily. These are balancing products, therefore on my days that my scalp/hair is a little oily or too dry this shampoo/conditioner combination evens everything out. My stylist recommended the Scalp Benefits line to help with my scalp itch. This contains Burdock root for that purpose. The other natural ingredients include: Babassuabassu, Burdock Echinaceainacea, Sage SeabuckthornkthornVetiveretiAveda

Can be used by a male or female/ long or short hair with success.

I highly recommend this condidtioner and its matching shampoo.
