Aveeno Eczema Care Body Wash By HillaryM on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My daughter is a life long sufferer of Eczema and we have tried just about every product under the sun to deal with her condition. Recently, we came across Aveeno Eczema Care body wash, so we gave it a try. My daughter had been using a typical skin cleanser, but was unhappy that it didn't lather. Eczema care gets a decent lather considering it is a milder soap. It leaves your skin feeling pretty moisturized, but not slimy. It doesn't have much of a fragrance, but it smells alright. My daughters skin is definitely not as dry and cracked as it was before using Aveeno Eczema Care body wash. While this body wash is not a cure all, it certainly is a great tool to any skin care regiment. Another plus to this product is that it can be easily found in most drug stores and pharmacies.

I like Aveno but it is a little on the expensive side and they do not put out many coupons on this product. Good work though.

Yeah I agree, it is a bit in the expensive side. My daughter was using an off brand version of Cetaphil, but she hated that that it doesn't lather. I switched to the Aveeno for that reason, but noticed that we use less of it than the Cetaphil, because it lathers. I am never happy to spend the money when I buy it, but it works ,so I do.
