I do not have eczema but chose to try Aveeno Eczema Care cream to see if it would help dry,itchy skin. I purchased this cream in early Spring 2009. After using it for about a week, I decided I didn't like it and put it on my bathroom shelf. I have brought it out recently to retry with the same unfavorable thoughts. I just don't like it.

The cream has a creamy,thick consistency. I do not note any fragrance as it is fragrance free. It has oat essence and ceramides. Aveeno Eczema Care goes on easily and almost feels oily. As it dries, it is a sticky consistency. Maybe this consistency is good for eczema patients but not for me. After you wait and then touch the cream with the other hand, it is sticky and oily with the hand used to touch. Yuck!

Eczema Care: 1. oat essence soothes skin irritation and redness

2. colloidal oatmeal and oat oil (here's where the sticky oil comes in).

3. ceramides

I like my skin to feel soft not oily and sticky. I will not purchase this product again.
