Aveeno lotion - smooth skin

Aveeno has made a fan out of me!

I purchased a tube of the Aveeno Positively Ageless body lotion a little whileago because it was on sale and also because I had wanted to try something from this line to see if it was as nice as I'd heard it was.

This cream is to say the least - fabulous!I loved it so much that I went out and bought a second tube.The cream goes on very smoothly and absorbs fairly well although when you rub your hands together it does feel a little different - not greasy just really smooth and sort of "velvety" feeling if you know what I mean.

This cream appears to work very well for dry skin issues and moisturizes the skin for hours after it's applied leaving the skin feeling very smooth and with a well hydrated look to it.It also appears to firm the skin and does a good job of working on those fine lines.

The tube of lotion is regularly $14.99 here but for $7.99 it was most definitely a good buy and one that I'm glad I decided to go for.

One of the ingredients included in this cream is Shitaki mushrooms - said to be very nutritious for the skin and to help nourish well enough that it minimizes fine lines and firms the skin.This does seem to be the case and I particularly like using this cream after a nice hot shower when it is easily absorbed into the skin rather quickly.

Overall, I would definitely not hesitate to purchase this product again but I would hope that it would reduce from the normal $14.99 price tag, but then again, you do get what you pay for and at this price, Aveeno Positively Ageless is still worth it.
