Avent Cloth Pads

The cloth nursing pads are made by Avent. You would use these to prevent leaking on your clothes. The way you use them is to put the middle of the round pad on your nipple and then in your bra. If you start to leak the cloth pad is supposed to soak up the milk. After you wear them, you would just wash them and reuse them over again.

This was my first experience using cloth nursing pads and I was not satisfied with them at all. I soaked the nursing pad and through my shirt.

I think if you do not leak that much or if your milk supply is more established then these would be okay to use. Otherwise, I would try the disposable ones.

However these are thin, so you can not see them through your bra and shirt, which is a plus.
