The Avent ISIS breast pump is so easy to use, even for a first time mother. I like that this pump is gentle and not as harsh as the electic pumps on the market. It is a hand pump that you control how fast it goes. The pump itself is lightweight and easy to transport. I found it easy to wash and assemble and dissasemble as needed. The silicone pump horn is so comfortable and never pinches your breast. There are great instructions and simple tips to help the mother that is breastfeeding for the first time. I love that the Avent bottles can attatch right to the pump for added convenience. The price is perfect and unless you are pumping exclusively, I don't see a piont in spending four times what this one costs. Avent makes great products and have stood the test of time. I would buy this product again and again and will give it as a gift.
