Avia Women's Running Shoes

My sister-in-law really knows how to get great presents.She gave me, as a gift, a great pair of running shoes made by Avia.I don't run, but these shoes are great for doing errands and running around the house.:)

I have a small foot, size 6, and these shoes are my size.I love the colors, white, navy and light blue.They are a medium width, and the number on the side of the box is A5513WWDL.These shoes would be great for anyone who does do any running for exercise.The shoes are very comfortable, well made, and also great to look at.Blue is my favorite color and my sister-in-law knows that, bless her heart.They have a cantilever, which centers the heel over a concave sole, and the concave sole softens impact.They also have dual reverse cantilever units, the top side keeps your heel centered and the bottom again cushions impact.The midsole material is soft yet dense and conforms to your foot.And last but not least, they have an anatomical last which keeps your heel in the correct position in the shoe.

Even though I don't run, I still love these shoes.And for anyone who does run, they would be perfect.
