Avoid Ironing With Downy Wrinkle Releaser By dsnygrl on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
I HATE TO IRON! In fact I stink at it too. I do as little as I possibly can. That is why I LOVE Downey wrinkle releaser. Not only does it work on items you would expect to have to iron when they come out of the wash but it works great on just about everything that comes out of the wash. I would expect to have to iron a dress shirt but a t-shirt? that would never happen but they seems to come out wrinkled anyway. Instead of sending my kids to school like they slept in thier clothes, I spray them with the wrinkle releaser. It is so easy and amazes me every time I use it. Hang the item on the hanger, spray and gently pull the fabric to release the wrinkle. I use it on dress clothes that have been washed but will be hung in the clostest for a while before they are worn again. This way I do not waste time ironing them so that they can get wrinkled being shoved around the closet. It is also wonderful to take on vacation to get out the wrinkles that happen when your clothes are packed in the suitcase. Remember if you are going to take it traveling with you, to double bag it in sealable bags to prevent leaks in the suitcase.

Downy has now come out with small bottles of Wrinkle Releaser that are made for traveling. They come in really handy for places where you are not allowed to bring irons like on cruise ships.
