Having done a lot of research on the bizarre bumps on my legs and arms I have found that I have what is called Keratosis pilaris. I have tried various types of lotions over the years with minimal success. I also try to keep a bit of a tan because the sun sometimes helps with the condition in my case. But the bumps never fully go away. And during the winter when it is cold and even normal skin gets dry, the bumps spread.

So when I saw this lotion at the Avon store I decided to try it. I know that there are more expensive types of lotion for this condition, but because of the costs I am hesitant to try something that only "might" work. So at $8.00 I thought this was worth a try. I have to say that while the smell takes getting used to, it helps, a lot. I was not expecting much but this is really beginning to make my skin smooth. I am not expecting it to go away forever but it is feeling softer in the affected areas. I use it twice a day. Once when I wake up and at night after my shower. If you suffer from the bumps or the "goose flesh" feeling constantly like I do, this might be a great afforable alternative.
