This book is highly recommended by many authors and blogs and ebooks.So I purchased this for $14 from amazon.From my point of view,this book is much more worth than its price.Throughout this book,author Anthony Robbins explained conditioning pain and pleasure,changing from different emotional stats,feeling for encouragement,metaphores and much more.I can't give all inside contents of this 300 more pages book in this single page review.Each chapters and sub chapters are organized as simple and small as possible.He also pointed out many of his seminors,reference books and films to watch to get motivated.At the final pages,he described that how a man or woman can become a hero by contributions and helpful mind.He thought seven day excercises and also tell us to follow these excercises to change ourselves.Also he suggested to join many foundations and truststo ge become a good contributor and hero.Many little stories and events are provided to understand the metaphores and feelings of people.in several pages.He also sharing his personal life often in many chapters.I liked this entire book much more and highly recommending for who want to buy a good book in motivational/self help category.
